STEP 3: Make
The most popular size and shape is the 2oz round. We have had custom cups made specifically for our equipment. Other sizes and shapes can be made, however, there are additional costs to this option.

There are several ways to package your private-label conditioner. Here are just a few ideas.
Custom, Hand-Load, Soap Boxes
- Most clients provide their own packaging and send it to us. This is fine and preferred on our end.
- Custom printed boxes start at 30,000 pieces.
- Hand-Loaded Boxes are designed to be loaded from the top.
- Batch number can be stickered onto the box, however, there is a cost for both the label and labor.
Custom Machine-Load Soap Boxes
- Most clients provide their own packaging and send it to us. This is fine and preferred on our end.
- Custom printed boxes start at 30,000 pieces.
- Machine-Loaded Boxes are designed to be loaded from the side.
- Batch number can be printed onto the box at no extra costs.
Bags, Wraps, and Labels
- This is definitely more time and labor consuming.
- Digitally printed labels start at 7,000 bars.
Yes. We can use your formulation. However, the formulation has to be able work with our equipment and this might require some adjustments.
Unfortunately no. Besides a large amount of time to acquire each raw material. Each batch takes a full day to complete so we need to make the largest batch possible.
Unfortunately No. Each batch requires several hours of preparation and several more hours of cleaning afterwards. Not to mention all the time in between for the conditioner base to travel through the melting, pouring, cooling and packaging process.
Yes, we can help you with formulations. We need to know all the perimeters of your project and the MOQ will apply.
- The custom die for the cups is roughly $3900
- The minimum order of cups is 50k @ $.12 per cup
- Note, we are happy to store the cups as long as the orders are coming in. However, if 6 months passes without an order being processed, we might ask that the cups be shipped to the client or dealt with accordingly. We can not sit on materials indefinitely.

There is no set price for our private label conditioner due to the almost infinite amount of combinations. You can expect the cost per bar to be around $2.15 to $6.50+.
Unfortunately no. We will palatalize the unit boxes into secondary master shippers and send them via freight. We recommend against sending 35 large boxes via ground as they will be heavily damaged in the process and cost you 5X more.
